Youngjin Son

Youngjin Son has a diverse work experience spanning across different companies and positions. Starting with NetWitness, Youngjin held the role of Senior Manager of Professional Services for the Asia Pacific & Japan and EMEA regions from 2018 onwards. In this role, they were responsible for managing NetWitness' service business, focusing on people mentoring, cyber security service offering development, and delivering high-quality service with excellent customer satisfaction and profit. Prior to this role, Youngjin was also the Professional Service Manager for the Asia Pacific & Japan region at NetWitness.

Before joining NetWitness, Youngjin worked at RSA, a Dell Technologies business, starting in 2010. During their time at RSA, Youngjin held various positions including Delivery Manager for the Japan and Korea region, where they managed overall professional service delivery, provided implementation and consulting services using RSA security solutions, and collaborated with the sales team for business development and security solution offering. They were also responsible for P&L and ensuring customer success. Youngjin also held the positions of Practice Team Lead, Senior Practice Consultant, and Practice Consultant during their tenure at RSA.

Prior to their work at RSA, Youngjin worked as a Technical Project Manager at INITECH from 2005 to 2010. They gained experience in managing technical projects during this period.

Youngjin Son's work experience also includes a role as an IT system administrator in the Republic of Korea Army from 2000 to 2002.
