Marcus Hailey

Marcus Hailey is an experienced project manager currently employed at Network Connex since June 2023. Previous roles include project management positions at Pioneer Communications Group and ExteNet Systems, Inc., as well as extensive experience at Crown Castle where responsibilities included program management for small cell and fiber solutions. Marcus began a career in telecommunications as an RF Technician at AT&T, followed by a divisional manager position at Smartlink LLC. Marcus holds an educational background from Gavilan Community College and graduated from Gilroy High School.
