Courtney Schaiper Brown MS, CPTC has extensive experience in the field of organ donation and healthcare. Currently serving as an Organ Donation Manager and previously as a Senior Organ Donation Coordinator at LifeCenter Organ Donor Network since January 2014, Courtney has held roles such as Procurement Transplant Coordinator at Lifebanc and Injury Prevention Coordinator for concussions at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. Additionally, Courtney served as adjunct faculty at both Xavier University and Mount St. Joseph University, teaching in the Undergraduate Athletic Training program. Courtne's earlier roles include Athletic Trainer at Beacon Orthopaedics and Orthopedic Technologist at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. Courtney holds a Master's degree in Materials Science from Florida International University and Bachelor's and Associate's degrees in Athletic Training and Health and Wellness, respectively.
