Tessa Anderson

Tessa Anderson, PMP, has extensive experience in project management and sales and marketing, currently serving as a Project Manager at Network For Hope since August 2023. Previously, Tessa held the position of Director of Project Management at Path Forward from October 2017 to May 2023. At Brookdale from September 2009 to October 2017, Tessa successfully managed a $2,000,000 memory care neighborhood renovation project, which achieved a 75% occupancy rate prior to completion and delivered a monthly ROI of $64,400 at opening. Tessa also directed the sales budget, exceeding goals by 15% in 2015.
