Ronald Jacobs

Ronald Jacobs is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in information technology management. Currently serving as the Director of Information Technology at the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE) since September 2015, Ronald has held multiple roles within the organization, including Sr. Manager and Manager of Information Technology, and has expertise in supporting Windows and Mac OS systems, network security, and troubleshooting various network issues. Ronald has successfully reduced IP call issues by 60% and manages hardware procurement and vendor payments. Prior experience includes work as a Site Technician II at IGT.
