Operations, Research & Evaluation Team

The Operations, Research & Evaluation Team at NFTE is responsible for ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of curriculum delivery and platform operations. They conduct research and evaluations to measure program outcomes and impact, manage and optimize technological platforms, and provide training and support for educators and staff. This team ensures that NFTE's initiatives are data-driven and continuously improving to best serve young people in low-income communities.
