Danice Ferguson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in education and business management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Training & Professional Development at the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE) since February 2019, Danice also held the position of Program Manager within NFTE. Prior to this role, Danice worked as a Career Technology Education Teacher at the Dallas Independent School District from August 2013 to January 2019, focusing on Business Communication, Principles of Business, Business Information Management, and Entrepreneurship courses. Danice initiated a new shelving equipment project at 7-Eleven, Inc. as a Merchandise/Product Management Intern, which generated significant savings. Additionally, Danice worked as a Senior Analyst for Industrial Products at BNSF Railway and as an Assistant Buyer at Ross Stores, Inc., where strategic merchandising initiatives were developed. Danice holds an MBA in Marketing, Strategy & Entrepreneurship from Southern Methodist University and a BA in Political Science from the University of Rochester.
