Allison Pahnke

Allison Pahnke, RN, BSN, CCM, currently serves as a Case Management Care Coordinator in Population Health at Network Health WI, a position held since September 2011, where complex case management services are provided to Medicare and Commercial members, facilitating healthcare navigation and community resource coordination. Prior experience includes serving as a Case Management Coordinator at Aurora Visiting Nurse Association from March 2008 to October 2011, where skilled nursing and case management were delivered to 15-30 patients with complex needs, and as a Registered Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit at St. Mary's Hospital Medical Center from May 2003 to March 2008, providing critical care for patients with severe medical conditions. Allison holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh, completed in 2003.
