Joelle Valerio

Joelle Valerio is a Senior Land Manager at SNG (formerly Network Homes) since January 2015, where responsibilities include identifying and managing land and new business opportunities through the acquisition and planning processes. Joelle has previously held positions as a Land Manager and Land Project Officer, focusing on securing residential development opportunities and ensuring successful project management from appraisal to planning approval. With earlier experience as an Assistant Project Manager at Network Housing Group and Development Coordinator at Sanctuary Group, Joelle has a solid background in residential development and project coordination. Joelle holds a Master's degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Westminster and a Bachelor's degree in Joint Honours in Tourism and Sport Science from the University of Hertfordshire.
