Hesham Daabes

Hesham Daabes is a seasoned technology executive currently serving as Chief Information Officer for Africa and Managing Director of the Regional Technology Centre at Network International since January 2024. Previously, at Banque du Caire from April 2019 to December 2023, Hesham revitalized the Technology Group to enhance digital transformation and improve business efficiencies in response to the pandemic. With extensive experience in major financial institutions, including Qatar Islamic Bank, National Australia Bank, GE Capital, and ANZ Banking Group, Hesham has a proven track record in spearheading technology transformations, IT strategies, and enterprise-wide solutions. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in e-Business from RMIT University and a Certificate IV in Project Management from the Australian Institute of Project Management.
