Rami Hailat is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in software engineering and development management. Currently serving as Head of Engineering - Acquiring at Network International since February 2024, Rami previously held the position of AVP - Senior Software Development Manager at Confidential-Tech, and Software Development Manager at Majid Al Futtaim, where responsibilities included overseeing critical systems for digital assets. Prior experience includes significant roles at Amazon and Souq.com, where Rami led the development of logistics systems and customer return management solutions. Rami’s career began as a Java Developer with various organizations, contributing to projects across banking systems and e-government services. Rami Hailat holds a Master's degree in Computer Engineering from Jordan University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering and Control from Yarmouk University.
