Elon Goldbaum has extensive experience in packaging engineering and client solutions within the medical device industry. Starting in 2000, Goldbaum worked as a Packaging Engineer at BECKMAN COULTER before moving on to roles such as Sr. Packaging Engineer at Baxter Healthcare in 2004. Goldbaum then joined Edwards Lifesciences in 2006 and held positions as a Staff Packaging Engineer, Principal Packaging Engineer, and Quality Manager. In 2015, Goldbaum became the Manager of Package Engineering at Kerr Corporation, where they were responsible for project management, new product development, and UDI compliance. In 2016, Goldbaum joined Endologix, Inc. as the Sr. Manager of Packaging, Labeling, and Support Services, overseeing the implementation of packaging processes compliant with ISO standards.
