Andrew Thexton

Andrew Thexton has extensive experience in operational design and delivery, currently serving as the Head of Operational Design and Delivery at Network Rail since October 2006. Andrew has also held the positions of Senior Sponsor for the East Coast Digital Programme, Lead Strategic Planner, Senior Strategic Planner, Local Operations Manager, Mobile Operations Manager, and Management Trainee within the same organization. Prior to joining Network Rail, Andrew worked as a Purchasing Assistant at SQS Bathrooms for a brief period. Andrew holds a degree in Business Studies from Northumbria University, obtained between 2002 and 2006.
