Deborah Edmonds

Deborah Edmonds is an experienced professional in occupational health and wellbeing, currently serving as the Director of Occupational Health and Wellbeing at Network Rail since October 2022. Prior roles include Global Vice President for Health Risk Management and Workplace Adjustments at Barclays, Head of Occupational Health and Wellbeing at Gatwick Airport, and Head of Occupational Health and Strategy at High Speed Two (HS2) Ltd. Deborah has also held positions at Mace, Severn Trent Water, E.ON UK, Norwich Union International, and Salus Occupational Health, contributing significantly to various aspects of occupational health management. Educationally, Deborah holds a B.MedSci(Hons) from Sheffield Hallam University and a Dip HE in Adult Nursing from Middlesex University.
