Jonnie Pay

Jonnie Pay is an experienced Training Delivery Manager at Network Rail, overseeing the Paddock Wood Training Centre and ensuring effective training delivery in railway engineering. Since September 2012, Jonnie has served as General Manager at Spa Valley Railway, responsible for commercial, catering, and financial operations while managing over 250 volunteers. Prior roles include S&T Training Manager at City & Guilds, Assistant Signalling & Telecoms Maintenance Engineer, Workforce Development Specialist, and Signalling Technician at Network Rail, where Jonnie delivered training to frontline staff. Jonnie began a career in signalling and telecoms as an apprentice, completing training in June 2012. Education was completed at Hazelwick Technology College from 2004 to 2009.
