Tania Toma

Tania Toma, MSOD, currently serves as Senior Manager of Training Delivery - Americas at UL Solutions since July 2022, following a distinguished career in learning and development. Previously, Tania held multiple roles at Medline Industries, Inc., including Senior Training Manager, where Tania managed a flagship management development program and expanded just-in-time training offerings. Prior experience includes positions at Discover Financial Services in curriculum design and training facilitation, an organizational development specialist role at Mount Sinai Hospital, and consulting roles at Walgreens and Caremark. Tania holds a Master of Science in Organizational Development and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Loyola University Chicago.
