Milind Joshi

Milind Joshi is an experienced professional in engineering and telecommunications, currently serving as Head of Engineering - Eastern Delivery at Network Rail since July 2009. Joshi has held multiple leadership roles, including Head of Asset Strategy & Planning and Programme Engineering Manager, focusing on GSM-R operations design for railway telecommunications projects. Prior experience includes a role at Nortel Networks, where Joshi managed GSM/GSM-R BSS product portfolios and led implementation teams, as well as a project coordinator position at Reliance Infocomm.
