Oliver Frost Bsc

Oliver Frost BSc, BA, MCIRO is an experienced professional in health, safety, and project management within the rail sector. Currently serving as the Health, Safety and Wellbeing Director and Programme Director for Works Delivery at Network Rail since June 2020, Oliver is responsible for the safe and effective delivery of significant project portfolios. Previously, Oliver held the role of Senior Project Manager at HS2 Ltd, overseeing a £2bn High Speed Euston Station project, and served in various leadership positions at Network Rail from 2005 to 2015, including Senior Programme Manager for the Thameslink Programme. Oliver's educational background includes a BA (Hons) in Management from the University of Hull, a BSc in Railway Operations Management from Glasgow Caledonian University, and additional qualifications in Business Leadership and Management.
