Paula Zazzeroni

Paula Zazzeroni has extensive experience in business change management, currently serving as Lead Business Change Manager at Network Rail since October 2012, following previous roles as Business Change Manager within the same organization. Prior experience includes a tenure as Business Change Manager at the UK Ministry of Justice from May 2010 to September 2012 and at the UK Border Agency (part of the Home Office) from July 2008 to March 2010. Education was completed at St Felix School from 1978 to 1998.
