Rego Pal

Rego Pal is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Speak Up Uni and a Graduate Project Manager at Network Rail, both positions held since December and September 2023, respectively. Previously, Rego served as President, Treasurer, and Co-founder of the LUU Hungarian Society during a tenure at Leeds University Union from November 2019 to August 2023, highlighting expertise in event planning, financial management, and committee leadership. Rego has also gained practical experience as an Employer Engagement Intern at the University of Leeds, conducting workshops and managing over 100 events. Academic qualifications include a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Leeds, completed in July 2023, following foundational studies at various institutions in Szeged. Additionally, Rego's technical skills were developed through roles in Leeds Gryphon Racing, contributing to the design and manufacturing processes for competitive racing vehicles.
