Sam Stibbs

Sam Stibbs is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital design and remote sensing. Currently serving as a Senior Technician at Network Rail since January 2016, Sam has undertaken a secondment role managing a team and mentoring junior colleagues. Previous roles include Remote Sensing Specialist and Senior Remote Sensing Technician at NM Group, where responsibilities included developing workflows for LiDAR point clouds and orthophoto mosaics. Additionally, foundational experience was gained as a Food and Beverage Assistant at Twycross Zoo. Sam holds a BSc (Hons) in Geography with Environmental Management from the University of Exeter, an HNC and HND in Civil Engineering from Leeds College of Building, and multiple qualifications from Ashby School.
