Tor Harmer

Tor Harmer has extensive experience in project management and financial control within Network Rail, holding multiple roles including Head of Financial Control & Analysis and Long Term Business Planning Manager since August 2012. Key achievements include the successful delivery of the Activity Based Planning Tool and effective coordination during the ORR Independent Reporter inquiry, which led to increased funding for Network Rail. Prior to Network Rail, Tor worked as a freelance web designer and production manager, as well as in various project management roles across different organizations. Tor holds a BA (Hons) in Geography from the University of Southampton.
