Rafael Magalhães

Rafael Magalhães, PMP®, currently serves as Team Leader de Projetos at Network Secure since December 2021, advocating for team interests and promoting continuous improvement initiatives within project management. With extensive experience in project management, Rafael has previously held roles as Gerente de Projetos and Analista de Projetos, overseeing the implementation of information security solutions for diverse clients. Prior to Network Secure, Rafael contributed to various IT infrastructure projects at Banco do Nordeste do Brasil S.A, SONDA, and Qintess, managing processes and ensuring compliance with project management methodologies. With an academic background including an MBA in Project Management from Universidade de Fortaleza and a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from Estácio, Rafael possesses a robust foundation in both technical and managerial aspects of project delivery.
