Richard Crazythunder, PMI-ACP, CSP-SM

Richard Crazythunder has over 15 years of experience in various roles, including engagement manager, senior technical project manager, agile program manager, and RPA project manager. Richard has worked with companies such as Network to Code, West Monroe, PeopleShores, Automation Anywhere, Accenture, HCL America, Inc., Capgemini, Norfolk Southern Corporation, and the US Navy. Throughout their career, Richard has demonstrated strong leadership skills, successfully managing teams and delivering projects on time. Richard has expertise in Agile methodologies and has coached teams in implementing agile frameworks. Richard has also played a role in digital transformation initiatives, advising and coaching client executive leadership on implementation strategy. Additionally, they have experience in automating business processes using RPA platforms such as Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, and UiPath. Prior to their career in the technology industry, Richard gained experience in communications and signal system installation and maintenance as well as avionics repair during their time in the US Navy.

Richard Crazythunder completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Information Technology from the University of West Florida, attending from 2015 to 2017. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Coaching and ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Team Facilitation in May 2021, PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) in April 2022, Certified Scrum Professional®-ScrumMaster in December 2022, Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM) in May 2021, and Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist in May 2021.
