Romeo G. has extensive experience in the tech industry, beginning with Nortel Networks in 1995. At Nortel, they served as a Senior Centrex/Cs2K Applications Engineer and Software Engineer, with the latter role involving full software design cycle from requirements capture to unit testing. In 2002, Romeo joined Energis as a Snr Technical Support Analyst (Contact Centre Solutions IPCC), providing technical support for Cisco IP Contact Center hosted within the Energis network and managed at the Networked Operations Center (NOC). Romeo then moved on to Newport Networks Ltd. in 2006 as a Principal Technical Support Engineer, followed by Echelon in 2008 as a Senior Application Support Engineer - Smart Grid. Finally, Romeo has been with Networked Energy Services (NES) Corporation since 2014, initially as a Technical Account Manager and now as a Director of Technical Account Management and Global Support, responsible for regional Pre-Sales Technical Account Managers and the Global Support team. Romeo is also responsible for establishing relationships with key accounts and ensuring customer SLA and CSATs are met.
Romeo G. holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Advanced Scientific Computation from the University of Liverpool and a BEng(Hons) in Computing Science from Imperial College London.
