Kanako Fujisaki

Kanako Fujisaki is currently the Head of Finance & HR at Netx. Prior to that, they were with Mitsubishi Motors Japan from March 2004 to June 2005, where they were an HR Specialist. In this role, they were in charge of compensation administration for non-exempt employees, assisted in recruiting activities, led the HR team in creating and administering an e-hr intra website, and assisted in creating HR strategy for the best resource investment both short and long term. Kanako also project managed a variety of cross-functional projects and introduced an assessment system for promotional management for both exempt and non-exempt employees.

Before their time at Mitsubishi Motors Japan, Kanako was a Graduate Assistant at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign from June 2003 to January 2004.

Kanako Fujisaki has a Master of Human Resource and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a BS in Business Management with a minor in International Business Management from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

They work with Spence Kiddle - Head of Development & Operations, Kevin Peoples - VP, Business Development, and Dan Savickas - Sales & Marketing Manager. Their manager is Jason Wehling, Founder & President.
