Thomas Balzer

Thomas Balzer is an experienced professional in network planning and implementation, currently serving as Teamleiter Planung & Innovation Netzwerke at Netze BW GmbH since May 2021. Prior to this role, Thomas held various positions at Daimler AG from October 2007 to April 2021, including Senior Solution Architect for Data Networks, and previously worked at DaimlerChrysler AG as a Project Manager focused on factory planning. Thomas's career began at PIDAS Deutschland GmbH as the Head of CCNC Germany and Head of the technical team in Switzerland, and earlier held the position of Manager Netzwerk & Gewerke at Kiosk AG. Thomas holds a Diploma in Computer Science from the University of Applied Sciences in Furtwangen, Germany, obtained between 1990 and 1994.
