About This Role:
We are looking for a data specialist to assist NeuAnalytics and our Client Success teams in providing exceptional service and issue resolution.
A Data Specialist’s responsibilities include running daily reporting, proactively managing data quality for clients, researching data based on client requests, and working client support tickets
Ultimately, you will work directly with our Client Success Managers and Client Success Analysts to help solve customer problems and ensure their satisfaction while they are an active account with us. You will also work closely with other employees to ensure customer questions and concerns are addressed promptly.
What You Will Do for Us:
Analyze large data sets for conformance to best practices using client and industry-specific business logic
Access multiple interrelated data sets for potential conflicts, and ensure identified anomalies are tracked and resolved.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assist with request resolutions as they pertain to data quality, analytics, reporting, or support requests.
Proactively develop and maintain technical knowledge in specialized areas, remaining up-to-date on current trends and best practices
Update tickets as they are in progress with appropriate internal and external communication
Track time spent working client requests
What You Will Bring to Us:
Experience in data analytics, programming, or database management
Demonstrate strong analytical skills with an emphasis on data analysis
Demonstrates proven IT knowledge of business analysis process and functions
Strong collaboration, multi-tasking, and organization skills
Strong written and oral communications skills
Preferred experience in SQL or similar programming or query languages
Preferred BA degree or technical degree in an IT-related field
