Casey OConnor

Casey OConnor has an extensive work experience in the field of software development and architecture. Casey started their career at Farmers Insurance in 2003 as a Software Developer and worked there until 2007. After that, they joined Chesapeake Energy as a Software Developer for eight months before joining CaseMax in 2007 as a Senior Software Developer. Casey worked at CaseMax until 2012. In 2012, Casey joined UMB Bank as a Software Architect and worked there until 2014. Casey then joined EML in 2014 as a Software Developer and Development Manager, where they worked until 2016. Casey then joined Intrepid Direct Insurance as a Software Architect and Development Manager and worked there until 2019. Currently, they hold multiple roles at NeuAnalytics, including Director of Software Development from 2019 to 2020, Chief Software Architect from 2020 to present, Director of Architecture and Product from 2022 to present, and Vice President of Research and Development from 2023 to present.

Casey O'Connor's education history includes a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Graphic Design from Kansas State University, completed between the years 1994 and 2000. In 2005, Casey pursued further education and completed a degree in CIS (Computer Information Systems) with a focus on Software Development from Oklahoma State University, a program that lasted from 2005 to 2007.

In addition to Casey's academic achievements, they have also obtained two certifications in the field of Scrum. The first certification, obtained in July 2017, is the Professional Scrum Master from Scrum.org. The second certification, obtained in October 2017, is the Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance.
