Mosaic Coaching Solutions is founded and led by an experienced executive and personal coach with a diverse background spanning several industries. Currently serving as an Executive Coach at Neuberg, Gore & Associates and a member of the Forbes Coaches Council, this professional also established Mosaic Coaching Solutions in 2013, utilizing the Co-Active Coaching Model to help clients excel. Previous leadership roles include Executive Director at East Bay College Fund, where significant improvements in graduation rates for Oakland public high school graduates were achieved, and Project Manager at Technical Solutions Consulting, conducting competitive assessments for Fortune 500 companies. Early career achievements include rapid advancement at Mary Kay Cosmetics and foundational roles in recruitment and sales management at Philip Morris Management Corp and Kraft Foodservice, Inc. Education includes training from the Coaches Training Institute and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Loyola University of Chicago.
