Arup Das

Arup Das is a finance professional with extensive experience in event-driven equity strategies and global markets. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Neuberger Berman since September 2016 within the Principal Strategies Group, Arup previously held the title of Vice President in the same organization. Prior experience includes positions as an Analyst at Tricadia Capital and Loeb King Capital Management, where a focus on event-driven strategies was cultivated. Arup's career began at Barclays Capital as an Analyst and Summer Analyst in Global Markets. Early experience includes a summer internship at the National Institutes of Health, conducting research on the Framingham Heart Study and analyzing risk factors for weight gain in college students. Academically, Arup holds a B.A. in Mathematics and Economics from Boston College.
