Fran Kittredge

Fran Kittredge is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate social responsibility and foundation leadership, currently serving as Managing Director at Neuberger Berman Group since June 2009. Additionally, Fran holds the position of President and Executive Director of the Neuberger Berman Foundation, which focuses on supporting education, the arts, healthcare, and social services for underserved children and youth. Before this, Fran spent over two decades at Lehman Brothers, where roles included Managing Director and Director of various services related to business development and client relations. Fran Kittredge holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in French Literature from Wellesley College.
