Mary Berding

Mary Berding is an accomplished finance professional currently serving as a Private Equity Associate at Neuberger Berman since December 2024. Prior to this role, Mary was a Growth Equity Investor at Silversmith Capital Partners, focusing on Healthcare IT and Services, and worked as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Healthcare Group at Perella Weinberg Partners. Mary has also held multiple positions at the Georgetown University Alumni & Student Federal Credit Union, including VP of Operations and VP of Human Resources. Earlier in Mary’s career, experience as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst and Analyst at Perella Weinberg Partners and the Georgetown University Student Investment Fund, respectively, was garnered. Mary holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Georgetown University and has completed studies at the University of Oxford. Early education was completed at Saint Ursula Academy.
