Michelle Rappa

Michelle Rappa serves as Managing Director at Neuberger Berman since August 2014, focusing on defining and executing the firm's defined contribution sales strategy while promoting its investment capabilities to plan sponsors and advisors. Prior to this role, Michelle held the position of Director of Defined Contribution Product and Strategy at Russell Investments, overseeing product management and strategic marketing for institutional defined contribution offerings. Michelle’s consulting experience includes three years at MLR Consulting and a substantial tenure at J&W Seligman, where responsibilities included retail marketing and the management of retirement plan products. Additional past roles at OppenheimerFunds, Oppenheimer Capital, and Shearson Lehman Brothers further demonstrate expertise in retirement plan marketing and product management. Michelle Rappa holds a JD from Fordham University School of Law and a BS in Business Administration from the University at Albany.
