Navdeep Dhillon

Navdeep Dhillon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sourcing, vendor management, and technology implementation within the financial services sector. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Head of Sourcing and Vendor Management at Neuberger Berman since May 2007, Navdeep oversees global sourcing responsibilities across various technology and investment operations products. Previous roles include Vice President in the Investment Management Division at Lehman Brothers, where Navdeep directed the development of an enterprise data warehouse, and Vice President at JPMorgan Chase, managing systems and projects for banking finance and risk management. Additional experience includes project leadership at Merrill Lynch Asset Management and ERP implementation at Punjab Wireless Systems. Navdeep holds an Executive Masters in Technology Management from The Wharton School and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
