Sarah Peasey

Sarah Peasey serves as a Senior Independent Board Member at the British Association for Sustainable Sport since January 2022 and is currently the Head of Europe Sustainable Investing at Neuberger Berman, a role assumed in August 2021. In this position, Sarah focuses on integrating ESG principles across various asset classes and engaging with clients on sustainability matters. Previously, at Legal & General Investment Management from July 2015 to July 2021, Sarah held two key roles: first as Head of Responsible Investment Strategy, where responsibilities included driving responsible investment strategy and coordinating ESG implementation, and second as Head of Fixed Income Investment Specialists, guiding the strategic direction and communication for the Global Fixed Income business. Sarah Peasey holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business/Management from the University of East Anglia.
