Wayne Saunders

Wayne Saunders is an experienced professional in the financial services industry, currently serving as the Head of Alternatives Business Support and Senior Vice President at Neuberger Berman since October 2009. In this role, Wayne implements innovative technologies and reengineers processes for a multi-year change management initiative, while also managing specialized teams focused on data management and deal execution. Previously, Wayne held senior leadership positions within Neuberger Berman, leading operations and strategy for acquisitions and managing trust operations for high-net-worth individuals. Before joining Neuberger Berman, Wayne worked at Barclays Wealth and Lehman Brothers, specializing in trust operations and team development. Wayne holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and International Business from Ithaca College.
