Keshav Kuruva is an experienced Senior Staff Software Engineer at Tesla since May 2025, previously holding the position of Director of Software Engineering at Autodesk from October 2019 to April 2025, where Keshav was instrumental in developing an engineering roadmap for marketing and education initiatives across multiple countries. Prior to Autodesk, Keshav served as Head of Development at RPX Corporation, leading a global team of 60 engineers, and held a Technical Engineering Manager role at Imaginea, part of Accenture, contributing significantly to the development of key healthcare applications. Keshav began a career in engineering management at Castlight Health, focusing on optimizing application performance while mentoring team members. Keshav holds a Master of Science in Systems Engineering and Engineering Management from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from Sri Krishnadevaraya University.

In addition to selling EVs and energy systems, Tesla operates customer-facing infrastructure through a global network of vehicle service centers, Mobile Service technicians, body shops, Supercharger stations and Destination Chargers to facilitate widespread adoption of their products. Tesla also installs and maintains energy systems and sells solar electricity; and offers end-to-end clean energy products, including generation, storage, and consumption. Tesla believes the faster the world stops relying on fossil fuels and moves towards a zero-emission future, the better. Additionally, they market and sell vehicles to consumers through a network of company owned stores and galleries. Tesla operates as two segments: one focused on automotive which includes its Model 3, Model Y, Model S, and Model X vehicles, and the second on energy generation and storage which includes Powerwall and Megapack lithium-ion batteries. Today, Tesla is led by Elon Musk, however, other notable founders of the company are Martin Eberhard, JB Straubel, Marc Tarpenning, and Ian Wright. The company has manufacturing facilities in the US, Germany and China and has operations across Asia Pacific and Europe. Tesla is headquartered in Austin, Texas.
