Al Dean

Al Dean has a diverse work experience in the technology and consulting industry. Al is currently the Director of Client Delivery (Portfolio Management) at Neudesic since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Program Delivery Manager at Envision from March 2021 to March 2022, where they facilitated the delivery of a $4.2 million SaaS COTS initiative across multiple business units. Al took a sabbatical at Service to Others from November 2020 to February 2021. Before that, they were employed at The Nerdery from December 2017 to October 2020, where they held multiple roles including Delivery Lead, Regional Practice Leader, and Project Portfolio Director. At The Nerdery, they were responsible for various tasks such as P&L management, delivery practice leadership, client escalations, team building, and pre-sales activities. Prior to The Nerdery, Al worked at Strategy Advisory as a Managing Principal Consultant from September 2016 to November 2017, focusing on transforming client strategies into actionable initiatives. Al also worked at CompuCom from October 2007 to September 2016, where they held the role of Senior Engagement Manager and Executive Consultant, overseeing P&L management, service delivery, project management, and solution design.

Al Dean has a diverse education history. Al earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Cornell University. Al also attended the Thunderbird School of Global Management, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in International Management, as well as an Executive Education Certificate in Global Finance.
