Jeffrey Tom

Jeffrey Tom has a diverse work experience in different industries. Jeffrey started as a Chemist at Production Partners Chemical Company in 2013, followed by a role as a Quality Control Engineer at Gehr Industries. In 2014, they worked as a Process Engineer at TowerJazz. Jeffrey then transitioned into the legal field, working as a Summer Associate at Lewis Roca Rothgerber Christie in 2016 and later as a Student Practitioner at the UCLA USPTO Patent and Trademark Clinic, where they provided patent and trademark counseling and prosecution services. Jeffrey continued their legal career as an Intellectual Property Associate at Lewis Roca Rothgerber Christie from 2018 to 2022. Most recently, in 2023, they served as a Software Engineering Intern at Neudesic. Jeffrey's work experience demonstrates their versatility and ability to excel in different roles and industries.

Jeffrey Tom completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Chemical Engineering from UCLA in 2014. Jeffrey then pursued a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the University of California, Los Angeles - School of Law, graduating in 2018. In the same year, they obtained the certification of "California Attorney" from the State Bar of California. Jeffrey further expanded their expertise by acquiring the certification of "Certified Information Privacy Professional/United States (CIPP/US)" from the IAPP - International Association of Privacy Professionals in 2018. In 2017, they became a Patent Agent after obtaining the necessary qualification from the USPTO. Currently, Jeffrey is pursuing a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science from the University of Southern California, which they are expected to complete in 2024.
