Parvathy Babu

Parvathy Babu has a strong work experience in the IT industry, with various roles in different companies. Parvathy started their career at Tata Elxsi in 2007 as a Senior Engineer, leading a project on eclipse based debugger and developing MHP1.0. In 2012, they joined Infosys as a Technology Lead, where they served as a Team Lead and Scrum Master, coordinating activities across the team onsite and cross-site. In 2020, Parvathy joined Virtuosity Consulting as a Project Manager, responsible for managing projects in Agile and Scrum, resource management, creating project schedules, and handling scrum teams using Azure DevOps. Parvathy was also actively involved in sprint planning, execution, and strategic initiatives of the organization, and served as an offshore manager for sustainability projects for clients. Currently, in 2022, Parvathy works at Neudesic as an Engagement Manager, where they are responsible for delivering multiple client projects and serving as a Scrum Master for the teams. Parvathy is also actively involved in strategic initiatives of the organization.

Parvathy Babu completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of Kerala from 2003 to 2007. Prior to that, they attended Mount Carmel Convent School in India and obtained their ISC degree from 2001 to 2003. Before that, they completed their ICSE degree from the same school.

Parvathy Babu also holds several additional certifications. In 2022, they obtained the Foundations of Project Management certification from Coursera. In 2021, they obtained certifications in Project Leadership, Learning Azure DevOps, and Agile Project Leadership from LinkedIn.
