Pedro Franco

Pedro Franco's work experience begins in 2007 when they started working as a Developer of Applications at Change Healthcare. Pedro remained in this role until 2012 when they then transitioned to become an Administrator of Database Systems at the University of Miami, Miller School of Medicine for a few months.

In 2012, Franco joined Spirit Airlines as a Developer of Business Intelligence and later became an Architect of Data Services. From 2015 to 2019, they served as a Manager of Data Services at Spirit Airlines.

In 2019, Pedro Franco joined Publicis Sapient as a Manager of Data Engineering, a role they held until 2021.

Currently, Franco is working at Neudesic, where they first started as a Director of Data and AI. Since November 2022, they have been serving as a Senior Director of Data and AI.

Pedro Franco's education history begins with their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Lipscomb University, which they obtained from 2004 to 2007. Pedro further pursued their education by obtaining a Master of Science degree in Information Systems from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) from 2010 to 2011. Pedro then enrolled in the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business for an Executive Program, where they pursued a Master of Business Administration degree from 2020 to 2022.

In addition to their formal education, Pedro has also obtained various certifications. In 2023, they completed the Data & AI Training Program: ODP Course at Neudesic and the Databricks Lakehouse Fundamentals course at Databricks. In 2022, they obtained the Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals certification. Prior to this, in 2021, Pedro completed the Professional Co-Active Leadership Training at the Co-Active Training Institute and became a Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate. In 2020, they achieved the Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals, Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Fundamentals, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certifications, and completed the Power of Managing course at Publicis Groupe. Furthermore, they attained the Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate certification in 2020 and the Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate certification in 2021.
