Tabita Kokora Pmi-Acp

Tabita Kokora has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Tabita began their career at International Studies Abroad, where they served as an ISA Global Ambassador for over a year. Tabita then transitioned to Cibola Vista Resort & Spa, working as a Front Desk Agent, where they handled guest requests and ensured a positive experience. Tabita was promoted to the position of Front Desk Supervisor, where they trained and supervised a team while maintaining sales reports and analyzing resort data.

Tabita then joined Choice Hotels International, starting as a Digital Performance Analyst. In this role, they managed a portfolio of 500 hotels and collaborated with general managers and hotel owners to enhance their online visibility through content creation, search engine optimization, and social media strategies. Tabita later took on the role of Project Manager, leading the planning and execution of the 2017 Unconference event. Additionally, as a Project Manager/Scrum Master, they co-led the successful implementation of the SiteMinder initiative.

In their most recent work experience at Neudesic, Tabita has held multiple positions. Tabita started as a Delivery Manager, responsible for facilitating Scrum ceremonies and managing a team of software developers, user experience designers, data engineers, and quality assurance personnel. Currently, they serve as the Director of Talent Management & Market Operations, where they oversee talent acquisition and market operations.

Throughout their career, Tabita has demonstrated strong project management skills, agile leadership, and a customer-centric approach. Tabita is PMI-ACP and CSM certified, indicating their expertise in agile methodologies and scrum practices.

Tabita Kokora has a Master of Science - MS degree in Information Systems Management from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, which they obtained from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, they attained a Bachelor of Science and Art degree in Marketing and Tourism, with a minor in Spanish, from the same institution, from 2009 to 2013. Tabita has also studied at Florence University of the Arts in 2014 and Universidad de Málaga (Málaga University) in 2011, where they focused on Spanish and International Business.

In addition to their education, Tabita Kokora has several certifications. Tabita obtained the PMI-ACP certification from the Project Management Institute in September 2018. Tabita also holds the Certified Scrum Master certification from the Scrum Alliance, which they obtained in August 2017. Furthermore, they have certifications in BrightEdge- SEO platform and Certified Hospitality Digital Marketer, obtained in April 2015 from BrightEdge and HSMAI, respectively.
