Tim Parsons

Director Business Transformation Strategy at Neudesic

Tim Parsons has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Tim began their career at Hitachi Consulting, where they served as the Director of Consulting Services for Customer & Channel Solutions from 2000 to 2010. In this role, they managed regional P&L and served as a Client Engagement Manager for multiple customers.

Following their time at Hitachi Consulting, Tim joined Ipsos as the Vice President of Ipsos Loyalty. From 2010 to 2014, they led client account portfolios, focusing on business development, planning/management consultation, customer satisfaction, and research setup/execution.

After Ipsos, Tim worked at Taco Bell as the Director of IT Operations. From 2015 to 2017, they reported to the CIO and was responsible for the quality and support of restaurant technology across North American locations. Tim managed various teams, including QA, Production Services, and Service Desk.

Tim then joined Point B as a Senior Associate and Employee Owner from 2019 to 2020.

Most recently, Tim is working at Neudesic as the Director of Business Transformation & Strategy. Since 2020, they have been part of the team delivering reliable, effective solutions in cloud services, big data, actionable analytics, and digital integration for both business-to-business and business-to-consumer spaces.

Tim Parsons attended the W. P. Carey School of Business – Arizona State University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General.
