Zachary Cooper

Zachary Cooper has a diverse work history that spans various roles and industries. Zachary is currently working at Neudesic as a Software Developer I, where they are responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining cloud-native solutions using Angular, React, and .Net Entity Framework. Zachary has achieved significant improvements in API load times by optimizing underperforming legacy code. Prior to Neudesic, Zachary worked as an Associate Software Developer at the same company, where they developed a responsive video streaming experience for mobile and desktop platforms using React and C#. Zachary also wrote Infrastructure-as-code for resource deployment to AWS.

Before joining Neudesic, Zachary interned at Equinix as a Software Engineer Intern. During their time there, they played a key role in building a user recommendation engine and developing an ETL process for personalized user recommendations. Zachary also contributed to the design of Postgres relational database tables and constructed scalable and secure RESTful APIs.

Zachary's earlier experience includes working as a Student Web Developer at the Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering at Arizona State University, where they assisted in managing a portfolio of websites and created personalized websites for university staff and research groups. Zachary also worked as an Office Technician/Web Developer at Sunny Hills Cleans, where they conducted website renovations and provided technical support for office employees.

Zachary started their career as a Courtesy Clerk at Ralphs Grocery Company.

Zachary Cooper earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Arizona State University, completing their studies from 2017 to 2021. Prior to their university education, they attended Villa Park High School from 2013 to 2017. Additionally, Zachary has obtained certifications, including the Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner from Amazon in December 2021 and the IRB - Social and Behavioral Research (Group 2) from the CITI Program, A Division of BRANY in January 2021.
