Florian Bissig

Florian Bissig is an accomplished professional in the fields of linguistics, journalism, and literature. Currently serving as Lehrgangsleiter Lektorieren at SAL Schule für Angewandte Linguistik since May 2024, Florian has extensive experience as a freier Kulturjournalist since August 2013 and has contributed as a Freier Mitarbeiter at NZZ since April 2014. Previous roles include Nachrichtenredaktor at CH Media and Redaktor at Service de Presse Suisse, along with academic experience as Lehrbeauftragter for a BA seminar at the University of Zurich. Florian holds a Doktorat in Englische Literaturwissenschaft from the University of Zurich and has studied at renowned institutions including the University of Texas at Austin and Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin.
