He holds a Master's degree in HR and Organizations from Cornell University, New York, and Management in Finance from Pace University, New York, U.S.A. With a proven track record of operating at a strategic level, he has substantial operational experience spanning the full range of HR services.

He has strong credentials in the areas of employee relations, policy development, and the interpretation of employment legislation within a unionized environment. Working within multi-disciplinary teams, he has a reputation for being able to “make things happen”. He can “put across” complex issues in an easy and understandable way.

He also has substantial experience of remuneration and reward and works primarily at Board and top team level on organizational performance issues linked to business change.
