Laetitia Snyers

Laetitia Snyers is a skilled Research & Development Engineer with extensive experience in the food industry, currently employed at Neuhaus since October 2024, and previously at Godiva Japan from March 2020 to October 2024. At Godiva Japan, Laetitia spearheaded new product developments, managed raw materials supply, and conducted feasibility studies, while also leading the implementation of a new PLM software. Prior roles include R&D Project Manager at Père Olive, where Laetitia developed products and managed plant trials, and Sales Administrative Assistant at Hospitality Designs, handling project coordination and documentation. Laetitia holds a Master's degree in Food Sciences and Technologies and a Bachelor's degree in Bioengineering from Université catholique de Louvain, complemented by an Erasmus exchange at the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences in Vienna. Additionally, Laetitia is a trained trusted person in psychosocial risks and a certified First Aid rescuer.
