Rachna Chhabra

Rachna Chhabra has a diverse work experience, starting with their position as Head TA&HRBP (Corporate) at Neuland Laboratories Limited since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Zydus Group, where they held the positions of Deputy General Manager - HRBP - Corporate HR from April 2020 to January 2023, and Senior Manager - HRBP - Corporate HR from August 2017 to April 2020. Rachna also worked at Daimler Truck Asia as Senior Manager - Corporate HR Business Partner from January 2016 to February 2017, and as Manager - Corporate HR from September 2012 to December 2015. Rachna gained experience in HR as an HR Generalist (Assistant Manager) at Prima Telecom Limited from November 2010 to September 2012, and started their career at Subros Ltd. as an Asstt. Mgr from August 2006 to June 2010.

Rachna Chhabra completed an Executive Development Program in Talent Management at XLRI - VIL Programs in 2023. Previously, they obtained an MBA in HR & Marketing from Amity University between 2004 and 2006. Rachna also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree specializing in Human Resources Management and Services from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, from 2000 to 2003.
