David Deal

David Deal currently serves as the Deputy Director of Athletics at Neumann University, where responsibilities include overseeing six NCAA teams, managing business operations, and maintaining athletic facilities. Previously, David held various leadership roles within Neumann's athletic department, including Interim Director of Athletics & Recreation and Associate AD for Facilities & Operations. Before joining Neumann, David was the Sr. Director of Business Development for the Washington Wizards & Mystics, where a new department was established that generated significant revenue. Additional experience includes Vice President of Internal Operations for the Philadelphia KiXX and positions with the Philadelphia 76ers and Camden Riversharks. David holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational & Strategic Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management, both from Neumann University.
